kuimages showcases the work of Sri Lankan born Australian photographer Kasun Ubayasiri.

Kasun entered the world of newspaper photography armed with a Russian-made second-hand Zenit 122 SLR camera bought with the first pay packet he ever earned as a journalist for Colombo-based publications The Sunday Times and Midweek Mirror in the mid 1990's. He has since worked as a freelance and staff photo-journalist at a number of newspapers both in Sri Lankan and Australia – though these days he works with Canon gear.

Kasun is currently focusing on natural light portraiture and documentary style photography.This web portal includes a collection of his work.
